As both of you are legally married, HDB requires you to form a family nucleus entity with your husband, and it is mandatory to include both names to be eligible for the HDB application. This means he will have to sell away his condo.
If you wish to own 2 properties, the only way would be to purchase another condo under your sole name. Hope the above clarifies. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so as to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.
