I'm a SPR, currently me and my sister (SPR) own a HDB which was purchased under sibling scheme 5 years ago. My wife (SPR) intend to buy a condo with her own name (not share with me). Will i be forced to sell my HDB after she bought the condo under regulation?

Afternoon Steve,

SPR are eligible to purchase private property under their name, without the need to include their spouse as co-owner nor as occupier. However, being SPR, she will be liable for 5% ABSD and she will have to obtain the necessary mortgage using her income.
