I'm a SPR but my husband is still waiting for his PR, we only can know the outcome in May / June, can we still go and look for a HDB flat before we know the result?

Afternoon Lily,

I would advice that you only start hunting for units, after your husband have attain his PR.
This would prevent disappointment of seeing a dream unit and not being eligible to purchase it.
