Unfortunately both of you need to fulfil PR for 3years before you can purchase a hdb. For pte properties, you are eligible.

Unfortunately you will not be able to purchase a resale flat as you and your wife will need to be SPR for at least 3 years before you are eligible.

Would you like to consider purchasing a resale EC instead? You will be eligible to buy and the prices of resale EC are typically lower as compared to private condos.

Good afternoon buyer,

I am afraid to inform you that you are not eligible for resale HDB purchase because your wife is a foreigner.

To be eligible, it's either she turns SPR so you can purchase under public scheme or you turn Singaporean so you can purchase under non citizen spouse scheme.

Do take note that for SPR household, both of you must be SPR for at least 3 years respectively.

Alternatively, you can choose to purchase a private property instead. If you purchase solely by yourself, you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty.
