I'm a single PR, below 30-year old. May I know whether I am eligible to buy an EC? May I know whether there are any additional requirements?

By your condition, you are eligible to buy resaled EC, but not the new EC.

You are only eligible for resale EC.
You may wanna consider pte condo.

Good Afternoon Mr Chong,

Based on your criteria , you cannot purchase a new EC. However, if you are interested, i have a project on hand which is at EC price, with full condo ammenities and no such restriction.

In case you are looking at a property for investment, the projected rental yield is 5.5% .
