Morning Carolyn,

Upgrading of unit does not spell forking out of additional cash. I have assisted many of my clients to upgrade from 3 to 4, 4 to 5 and even 3 to 5 without the requirement of too much cash.

The basic cash required is the Option and Exercise money, Valuation report, HDB admin fee and maybe legal fee for sales. We need to work on your sales return and match your budget with the 4 rooms available within the market.

    Hi! Mike, Thank you of your reply. I'm own a 3rm flat at Bukit Batok and thinking of upgrade to sengkang or punggol 4rm. But all the price seen like very high (about $500000). It it possible for me to buy those 2 area?
