im a singaporean that have been working overseas for 4 years. now that im back,i am thinking of buying a flat. between me and my wife we have over 120k in cpf. What hurdles will i face when im in the market? im after a hdb loan and it would be our first with hdb. advise please.. Btw,we just started work in singapore..

Afternoon Shaik, What are your concerns in purchasing a resale flat? Maybe you can get in touch with me so I can address them. Afternoon, Being SC, you will be eligible for HDB loan and housing grant if your household income does not exceed S$10k. The only hurdle that I can anticipate is the amount of loan that will be granted to you against the sizing and location of unit which you are interested in.
