I assume both your husband and daughter are Singaporeans. If so, after the divorce, they can own the hdb as a family nucleus as divorcee father and daughter. You can transfer either to him or your daughter, depending on how you guys contest the terms of the divorce proceedings. It will be ideal to consult the divorce lawyer on such matters so you will not be disadvantaged.
