Good morning,

you will be eligible to do so under public scheme if your child (SC or SPR) under your legal custody, care and control if you are financially capable to take over your ex hubby's share.

You can double confirm with your HDB branch office on this.

Hope my sharing helps in aiding in your enquiry. May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?

Best regards,

YT Tan

Hi,

I would be most glad to assist you further and please feel free to let me know if you need any assistance. Have a good day ahead. By the way, yes you could provided your son is a citizen and your ex spouse does not mind you keeping the flat instead of selling it away and split the cash proceeds.
