I'm a Singapore Citizen married to a foreigner but she is a PR here. If I intent to stay in overseas for next 3 years and my wife's PR expires in one year time, what will happen to our HDB flat (we bought our HBD under joint tenancy and we already met MOP)?.

What's the best option to handle it ?
