I am afraid to inform you that both of you are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB as of now as your wife has not being a SPR for at least 3 years.

Your alternative as a SPR now will be private condo/ apartments or landed in Sentosa.

You will have to wait till your spouse is also 3 years on SPR status before both of you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. Alternatively, you can apply to be an SC.
