I'm a PR and my wife is a SC. We own a HDB, fulfilled MOP and mortgage fully paid. If we apply for decoupling to remove my name for second property purchase, will the HDB MOP be reset? Can we move into the private property or must continue to stay at current HDB for another 5 years?
