Both of you have to be married to be eligible under non citizen spouse scheme. Your SC soon to be husband will be the one apply for HFE via his singpass. Do take note only his income will be taken into consideration for loan assessment purposes.

Hi, HFE needs to be applied only after you are married together, unless you are planning to purchase a resale HDB with your fiance the only one owning it, as well as him servicing the loan alone .

Hi!

If you are intending to apply under the non-citizen spouse scheme, then you would need to have a valid marriage certificate first before applying for HFE.

If your fiance is looking to apply under the singles scheme (must be 35 years old and above), he can apply for the HFE alone. Do take note however that he will have to finance the loan himself if he purchases a flat under his scheme.

Under non-citizen spouse scheme, you need to be married in order to apply for HFE. If your fiance is age 35 or above, can apply HFE under Singles Scheme.

Hi,

You will need to have the marriage registration first to be eligible for non-citizen spouse scheme. Otherwise if he is already 35 years and above, he can be eligible under Single Singaporean Citizen Scheme and apply HFE first.
