I'm a Divorcee, previously bought a Resale HDB flat with my ex-spouse, using HDB loan and Grant. Now, my fiancee and I decided to get a 4 Room HDB Resale Flat in Yishun and would like to find an agent who can help us.

Evening Lela,

Have your fiancee purchased any HDB unit with grant before? If not, he will be eligible for half grant, provided that he is SC. You also need to check with HDB how much cash you need to fork out, from the profit split on the sales from your previous flat.
However, if you are looking at getting a bank loan, you need to work on the cash component that you will be need to proceed with the purchase.
