Dear Direct Owner,
As mention by Propertyguru, only agents are allowed to post listings for sales or rent.
However, if you do want to post it on your own, you might want to consider in the strait time classification.
But you may face two issue... Firstly, if the unit take a long time to sell, you will face heavy cost in advertising in the newspaper.
Secondly, you will receive alot of calls from the agents than the buyer asking you to let them market your unit.
So frankly speaking, get one good agent to help you market your unit, you might find yourself getting a good price with less problem to yourself.
