im a direct buyer and just signed my HDB OTP. page 1 is $100 option fee and page two is $150. does this mean total deposit is $250 or $150? then how much must i pay seller to exercise the OTP?

Hi, in most cases, the total deposit adds up to $5000. And most sellers would not accept just a couple of hundreds of dollars from you as deposit. You may refer to the seller agent for assistance.

Option fee usually range from 500-1000. Exercise fee will be $4000. Total not exceeding.
