I'm a 1 time user of HDB grant and HDB loan 25 years ago. Recently, I bought my 5 room AMK flat in 2008 without grant nor HDB loan, I am thinking of selling off and purchasing either
1) another resale flat
2) a BTO flat

Question is am I affected anyway by the new rulings? Since i have taken grant many years ago, am i still eligible to purchase a resale flat? or a BTO?

Hi Ken,

Since you bought the AMK resale flat in 2008 without grant nor hdb loan, you are eligible to sell now.

You can still buy another resale flat or BTO but must sell your current hdb flat.
