Hi,

For new BTO application, you need to wait out a 30 month period afte selling before you can apply. You may wish to consider hdb resale flats instead. May I understand your housing requirements further before further value-adding? Thanks and hope to speak soon.

Hi, why not consider a resale hdb since you need to wait for 30 months? The 2 major advantages are you can choose the location and bigger in size. As the price has dropped, after selling your condo, I am sure it will be very affordable.

As private property owners, you have to dispose off your current property and wait 30 months before you can apply for a BTO.

If you are thinking of downgrading, probably you will like to consider resale HDB.
