Hi,

Under the rules of regulation of HDB, if you have bought twice direct from HDB, you cannot purchase a new hdb flat again. You might have to go into the resale HDB market if you plan to downgrade. Afternoon,

Based on my knowledge, you are still eligible for studio units as you have reached retirement age. But to get another BTO, you have already exceeded your entitled chance.
