Good morning,

If you decide to sell both of your existing HDB and condo, you need to observe 15 months waiting period before you can buy a resale HDB as you are below 55 years old.

How about we sell off your condo first while you stay in HDB? At least you have a place to stay if not you might have to rent (when you sell both units) while observe 15 months waiting period.

Hi,

Yes since you are below 55 years old, after selling the condo, you need to wait out 15 months after the sale completion before you are eligible to purchase another resale HDB. If possible, suggest to sell the private property first, wait out the 15 months in the current HDB before going for the next HDB so you need not rent in the interim.

Not exactly sure what you mean, but if you are thinking to purchase a resale HDB that has longer lease balance, and you are currently a private property owner, you will need to sell your private property and wait for 15 months before you can purchase a resale HDB. Your current HDB also has to be sold if you own any.

Hi Sir/Mdm,

If you are looking to purchase a resale HDB then you will be affected by the 15 months wait out period. If you plan is to sell both your condo and HDB and purchase another resale HDB then I would suggest that you sell off your condo first, stay in the HDB during the 15 months and after that then proceed with the sale and purchase of the HDB. In this way, you will not need to worry about your interim housing.
