I'm 38, divorced as of 31/03/2017. As my ex wanted to retain the flat, we decided to go for a part-sale resale process initially. However, his HLE was rejected due to his new self-employed status with unstable income. We moved on to a transfer of ownership with an agreed cash outlay on top of return to my CPF w/accrued interest. I'd like to know how this will affect my eligibility of my next application to apply for a 2-flexi HDB flat in future? I'm childless and will I still be bound by the 3 year wait out period?
