Evening Eric,

Assuming that the valuation is at $475k, purchase price is $500k and that your credit record is clear, you only need $310k loan (HDB) or $290k loan (Bank). As for the maximum sum, you should be able to obtain full 90% HDB loan.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi Eric,

The estimated loan you are eligible is around $300k.

If you are taking a bank loan, the cash needed is 5% of the valuation price + COV.

For HDB loan, you only need to fork out the COV.

And since your monthly salary is $4900, you are also eligible for the Single Grant of $15000.

However it will be better if I can get bankers to contact you or even I can assist you with the HLE for a more accurate figure.

Feel free to contact me if you have further queries.

Thank you.
