Yes, you could purchase a resale 4 or 4 rooms HDB flat under single scheme, provided your monthly income does not exceed $5000.

Afternoon Ms. Koh,

If you are using HDB loan along with grant, you have the income ceiling of $5k to work with and max of resale 5 room flat. But if you are using bank loan, you are eligible to purchase up to EM or EA sizing, if your financial ability permit.
