I'm 27 this year. I want to buy a HDB flat with my mother for rental and investment purpose.
She currently only owns a private property with my father. This would be her 3rd time buying a HDB.
Total income about 7-8k.
1) Will we be eligible for grants?
2)Is it possible to transfer her share of the property to my father and 30 months later buy a HDB BTO 4 room with me?
If she does get to transfer the share of the private property to my father, is it considered as selling? If so, does she need to pay back cpf the minimum sum? (she's 55 this jan)
