I'll be turning 35 in year 2015 and i am getting a flat with the following condition
1. loan from HDB
2. no grant
3. flat from open market.
It is possible to sublet one of the room out?

Hi,

Yes, subletting of rooms require no prior approval, only that you have to be physically occupying the unit as well. Thanks and hope it clarifies.

Subletting of room are allowed, as long as the owner is also staying within the same unit.
