Hi,
You have to clarify with HDB whether the first HDB loan you have taken is considered Market Interest Rate. Generally speaking, taking the 2nd HDB loan means you have to set aside 50% of cash proceeds as well as all the CPF utilized for the current property, and use it for the next property.
