Do you mean that you already own a resale HDB that has already fulfilled the 5 years Minimum Occupation Period and you are looking to apply for BTO now? If yes, you are able to apply for BTO now but will still be required to apply for the HFE first before the BTO application. Do take note that if you have enjoyed HDB subsidies for your current or previous flats, you will be subjected to resale levy should your BTO application be successful.
