If we are looking at buying a $400K HDB resale flat with 59 years remaining, what are the options for financing the purchase? The maximum amount of CPF we can use is $232K, based on 58% of the purchase price and our age. Do we have to pay the remaining $168K upfront with cash? Any banks or financial institutions that can give a loan for the remainder?

Hi,

May I get my banking partners to assist you? Whether how much you can get for a loan depends on you age, income and credit profile. Any shortfall for balance will need to be in cash. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.

Warm regards

Hi,

Perhaps I could link you up to my network of bankers who will assist you in the loan at no cost. Preliminarily, loan amount approval depends on your age, credit status and profile etc. Furthermore, I could also map out the financial cash computations and breakdown for your intended purchase for a clear and concisely facilitated procedure ; to ensure no liquidity wrath and smooth cash flow.
