Hi Suresh,it is based on your exercise date. If you sell it before Nov 2015, you will still be affected by ssd.
I would love to help you in the sale of your unit.

Good evening Suresh,

The duration of ownership will starts when you exercise the sale and purchase agreement. You might want to check by yourself if not the law firm that handles your purchase. If you sell it any date 4 years from your exercise date then you won't be subject to SSd.

Hope my explanation helps!

Hi,

The duration is counted from the date you exercise your S&P to the date your buyer (for your current property) exercises his OTP. If this duration exceeds 4 years, there is no SSD liable. Thanks and may I assist with the sale of your property?

Warm regards,
