If there are 3 names on the HDB 'Cash proceeds' cheque, can it be separated into 3 individual cheques instead?

Hi, it is only possible if your legal is under private lawyer and not from the HDB.

Dear Sir/Mdm,
If you are using HDB lawyer to act for you, the sales proceed will be in joint names and you will require a joint bank account to be able to bank in.
If you want the cheque to be in separate names and in specific amounts, then you will have to engage a private lawyer to act for you in the sale.
