If the bank has approved 80% loan for EC with condition of selling existing HDB flat before EC TOP. What is the consequence if HDB flat can't be sold before EC TOP? When is the best time to sell HDB flat?

Morning,

If terms are not met, contract agreement do not stand. The bank have the right to service you with another mortgage package that's in-line with the MAS ruling. As to when is the best time to sell your HDB unit would depend on location, size, asking and facing.
