Hi,

1) Correct me if I'm wrong. My guess is your current flat is bought under the Orphan Siblings scheme because you mentioned that other siblings are below 35yrs old.
2) The current flat was bought where all siblings are listed in the same application to be eligible to buy the current flat.
3) The essential condition was none of the siblings were applying for or owning a flat separately.
4) So once removed all younger siblings' names from the current flat, your elder sibling owned a flat separately. Thus hindered your eligibility to buy another.
5) Even if the current flat is sold and your eldest sibling buys under the Single Citizen Scheme, it will still not change the condition in (4).
6) I would suggest you approach the HDB resale to enquire how could you buy another resale flat under the current situation: https://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BF12AWFeedback/BF12SFrontController?service=ServiceFeedback&operation=createFeedback
