Hi,

If she owns a private property now, she will not be eligible to be included as an essential occupier for the new EC purchase from developer. It is HDB regulation. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi Sir,

If the private property your wife currently owns is a Residential property, I regret to inform you that you will not be eligible to apply for a brand new EC from Developer.

To be eligible for a brand new EC, both of you will have to dispose off all interests in private residential properties (both locally and overseas), and wait out a 30-month period, before you are eligible to apply.

I am afraid to inform you that you wont be eligible to purchase a new EC unless your spouse has observed a waiting period of 30 months (after disposal of private property) before applying for new ec with you.
