SSD applies if a property is transacted within the stipulated timeframe from the purchase date. A transfer of shares in a property is considered as a property transaction, and may incur SSD for the Seller of the shares.

SSD period range from can range from 4% to 12% (as of today's date), depending on when did you purchase the property.
