If my seller is a contra party which leaves me not being able to contra. Can I still book the first appt for both my sale and purchase of hdb resale flats on the same day?

Hi,

You still can book on the same day. But the completion date need to be difference if you intend to use the cash proceed to pay for your purchased HDB flat.

This would depends on the seller's requirement and your financial standing. I would deem that your servicing agent would know the details better and would be in better position to advise you accordingly.
