Hi,

You need to wait out 30 months after removing your name from the condo or selling away the condo before you can apply BTO.

Hi,

1) In the eye of HDB, any SC that applies for BTO who did not purchase BTO or resale with grants is considered as 1st timer.
Your chance is not affected by the condo.

2) You will only be eligible to apply for BTO 30 months after selling off the condo.

3) You may purchase resale HDB with grants before selling off your condo, except you are obliged to sell it off within 6 months upon key collection of the resale HDB.

You will still be considered a first-timer for your BTO application. However, do take note that you will need to dispose off the private condo, and then wait out a 30-month period, before you can submit your application for the BTO as a first-timer.
