If me and my Wife CPF combine to have around 23k .combine income of about 5k. How much is the price of a flat that we are eligible to buy if we include in the grant?? We are first timer

Good morning,

Assuming that your credit status is good, you should be able to obtain around $300k loan. As for housing grant, you will be eligible for $50k grant if both of you are SC. However, you will require cash of around $9k to pay for the Option and Exercise fee, valuation report, HDB admin fee, property tax refund, agent's commission, etc.
