If I were to sell my flat, may I know I have to put up valuation request through HDB myself or I engaged an agent to do valuation? If I'm not happy with the valuation report, can I do another valuation? Can we take the higher figure if there are 2 valuation reports?

Hi sir,

I will do the valuation for you at my own expense.

Of course you can do another valuation if you are not happy with the 1st valuation, however chances are the difference (if any) won't be much.
