Afternoon Ms. Tan,

To compute your cash return from sales of unit, you can either use the financial calculator from HDB website or deduct the sales price with total CPF used, including interest and outstanding loan. This would give you a rough figure.

Hi Ms Tan

You are right to say that the cash return is 400k, if your loan + cpf usage is 200k. Pls feel free to contact me should you need any assistance. Cheers!

Hi Ms Tan

Thanks your question.

Your mentioned amount to take back is just an estimation only as you still need to pay for conveyancing fees and etc, assuming if you have no more outstanding loan.

Should I can be of further assistance please feel free to contact me at 81122213  .
