If I were to get a property of $950k, how much cash would I have to cough up, assuming I get an 80% loan?

By cash, I would like to know all the info like stamp duty and agent fee and all of that...Thanks!

Hi Eunice,

For a $950k property, taking 80% loan,

1. 5% deposit in cash = $47,500
2. Stamp fee = $23,100 (can be reimbursed from cpf later)
3. Private property buyer no need to pay agent fee.
4. I can help u ask for full legal fee subsidy from bank. :)
5. Total cash outlay = $70,600. This is assuming the remaining 15% is paid using cpf.

Please call me at 96836230  for further discussion. I can get a few bankers to call u to do Approval In Principle (AIP) loan.

Thanks,

Thanks a lot for the info...Isn't it only that stamp duty is refunded if we're talking abt a new project? Or by approval? Is it for sure the stamp duty is reimbursed through CPF?

Again, thanks. I don't have a particular property in mind yet, just budgeting but will get in touch when I do! :)
