Hi Debbie, it depends on the term of lease you are signing. For a one year lease, 1/2 month commission + gst is payable. For a 2 years lease, 1 month commission + gst is payable. For one year rental, one month deposit + one month rental as security deposit. For 2 years rental, one month deposit + two months rental as security deposit.
