Morning Allen,

If you do not have any outstanding mortgage loan, you should be able to get 80% loan. This is however dependent on your current age limit, income status and credit record. Do also note the following:

1) You are only allowed to keep your HDB unit if you are Singapore citizen, else you will be required to sell it away within 6 months from key collection.
2) Since you have utilized CPF for your current housing, and if you are keeping the HDB unit, you are required to set aside the CPF minimum sum before you are eligible to use the surplus to pay for your second property monthly installment.
3) Since this purchase will be your second property, ABSD of 7% is payable by cash.
