For a resale HDB flat, the fixtures will come with the flat. Fixtures are items such as cabinets which are fixed to the wall, ceiling fans and aircon units. These items will be reflected in the valuation report.
If you need any of these items to be removed, you will need to negotiate with the owner before purchasing the option. Alternatively, you may get your own contractors to remove for you for the completion.
