Afternoon,
If your son is SC, 35 and above or married, and first time getting a subisidized HDB unit, YES. However, you have to declare your relation with the buyer.

As long as your son fulfills the eligibility criteria to own a resale HDB, he may apply for the HDB grant.
Do note that his average gross monthly household income must not exceed $10,000.
