if i sell my 4 room hdb flat which i bought with hdb grant, will i be able to straightaway apply for BTO 4 room flat once i have completed the selling.i will use up my cpf to pay full the price amount.no loan will be taken up by me.am i eligible to apply for BTO flat.

Hi, firstly have you applied for any new flat directly from HDB before? If no, then you are eligible to apply BTO even while you are still staying in your existing flat. In fact, most of my sellers would wait for the BTO to be near completion, then they start to sell their existing HDB.

Previously if you use yr Grant to buy yr existing 4 rm flat you must stay at east 5 yrs before you can buy yr BTO. You can buy BTO provided u meet the HDB eligible requirements. You must sell yr flat within 6 mths After BTO is ready to collect the key.Call 98212887  .Jimmy Teow C&H group. Read More
