Hi, firstly have you applied for any new flat directly from HDB before? If no, then you are eligible to apply BTO even while you are still staying in your existing flat. In fact, most of my sellers would wait for the BTO to be near completion, then they start to sell their existing HDB.

Previously if you use yr Grant to buy yr existing 4 rm flat you must stay at east 5 yrs before you can buy yr BTO. You can buy BTO provided u meet the HDB eligible requirements.
