If I sell my 2 room flexi back to HDB, can I apply for a resale HDB flat in the open market again, any time frame needed?

Hi,
The chance of HDB will buy back from you is highly unlikely.
For you to sell off to open-market, you have to fulfilled Minimum Occupation Period (MOP), which is 5 yrs regardless whether you have fully paid off.
To buy resale HDB flat in open market is not restricted as long as you fulfilled HDB flat eligibility. In addition, no one suppose to own 2 HDB flat, you have to sell off your 2-room flexi after purchase within 6 months.
