Morning Rod,

Property going at that price can only be HDB unit. Being a PR, if you are not married to another PR or citizen, you are not eligible to purchase HDB unit. You also cannot have private property overseas.
If you fulfill this basic requirement, the bank can loan you up to 80% of valuation price.
