If I’m a SPR with resale HDB, can I still buy an overseas property?

Hi TS,
1) You must have an SC owner in your HDB flat before you are allowed to buy any residential property locally and overseas.
2) If all owners are SPR, then you must sell your HDB flat after any purchase.
