If I request the same agent to sell my current HDB and buy a resale HDB, how many percent commission do i need to pay ?

Evening,

Whether you get the same agent to market your current unit and purchase the upcoming unit or different agents to get the deal done, there's no fix rate for commission. As per CEA ruling and Fair Trade Act, you can discuss the commission rate with your agent, prior getting them to work for you.
