If I rent out out my HDB, will IRAS know my exact rental income based on the e-stamping?
If I rent out rooms only, do they need to e-stamp also?
Is it true that you don't get HDB rebates if you rent out?

Hi,

1) Yes, IRAS knows your exact rental income based on E-stamping. This is one of the info needed to provide during E-stamping.
2) Yes, all rental has to be E-stamping, this is required by law.
3) Room rental does not affect any rebates, but whole flat rented out will.
